Tourism Attraction

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism industry due to the resulting travel restrictions. The tourism industry has been affected due to the spread of coronavirus and several countries have introduced travel restrictions in an attempt to contain its spread. In New Zealand, we are seeing a decrease in cases and want to again help the economy, specifically tourism. We want to continue to give money to tourism during these tough times. Not only do we want to provide them with money, but we also want to advertise them for free and share these places with family, friends, and all individuals around New Zealand. In terms of the border, due to COVID-19, we want to keep the borders closed. However, once we see a decrease in cases in the pacific islands, we would like to open the border to them ONLY, however, individual traveling will have to quarantine for 2 weeks for free. If you do break the set rules, you may have to pay for the facility you are staying in. As New Zealand is seeing a decrease in cases, we should allow New Zealand citizens to visit family around the world for crucial reasons: medical reasons or to visit family who are in critical need. We must have these individuals tested numerous times and they will do 2 weeks of quarantine in both countries (Including New Zealand).
